Minimalist yet functional bathroom set-up, easy to navigate once you get the hang of adjusting the taps. The location provided an authentic vibe, with a blend of regular residents giving it a unique character.
Sharing the bathroom can be a hassle, especially with limited space for toiletries, and not uncommon wait times just when you need to freshen up. The building's audible sounds from everyday life above—including piano tunes and potential laundry disturbances—can disrupt the peace expected in a hotel setting, making it feel less secluded than it may appear at first glance.

Here’s the bottom line
A fantastic stay thanks to the unbeatable location in Praça de Flores. Plenty of dining options surround you, yet the back room was surprisingly quiet. The breakfast provided a lovely touch, fostering a communal spirit among guests, and the staff were wonderfully accommodating. Cleanliness and comfort were on point!

great stay but noisy at times
The wonderful breakfast included freshly baked goods, which made mornings feel special. I loved having the park right across the street, making my strolls delightful. The ability to open the windows in my room was refreshing and allowed for a nice breeze to flow in. Also, the fan in the room added to my comfort during warm days.
The noise from the street was a bit disruptive during the evenings.

The staff's charm and helpfulness truly stood out. they provided great communication for arrival arrangements. Enjoying breakfast with fresh bread, fruit, and good coffee was delightful. While our room offered a peaceful retreat, the shared bathroom situation added a bit of inconvenience, especially during busy morning hours. The square's atmosphere can be lively, which is great for experiencing local culture, yet it made it hard to find quiet moments in the early evening.

I really enjoyed my time here, especially the fresh-squeezed orange juice at breakfast and how clean everything was. The cozy lounge and the peaceful garden were perfect spots to unwind after a day out. Just a heads-up, the floors can get a bit noisy at times, but it didn't ruin my stay at all. 😊
